Creating a Transferable Workforce
Skills Passports are becoming an increasingly popular way of assessing skills digitally. We’ve experience developing passports for multiple organisations and professional bodies, including six for various courses provided by NHS England.
Our skills passports allow staff members to easily demonstrate their core skills against a standardised framework. They are able to then share this information with fellow professionals across their organisation.
